This website will enable you to be able to search homes in your area on my Metrolist account. All you need to do is click the Search Properties button above and you will be taken to the Metrolist search site. After getting to the MLS site fill in your search criteria and start searching for properties. If you find houses that interest you and you would like to see them simply write down the Listing number or address of those properties and email them to me. I will find out if the property is still available and see if there is anything more that we should know about it. Then we can set an appointment and go see the properties. It's very easy and convenient and there is absolutely no cost to you. If you are not comfortable with searching for properties on your own with my website then simply email me your criteria which includes area, how many bedrooms, bathrooms and approx. square foot. I will run a search for you and email the properties to you so you can easily view them at your convenience. 

I also provide lending services and will be happy to qualify you for a home loan and find out how much home you can afford. I have been a qualified loan officer for ten years and I can offer the most competitive rates and fees in the market especially if I am representing you on the Real Estate purchase. My goal is always to have you come in with the least amount of money as possible which should be your down payment only. We will always negotiate closing costs to be paid by the seller.
